How we can work together

  • Psychedelic Therapy

My practice offers psychedelic assisted psychotherapy. Currently I provide ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and will be able to provide MDMA and Psilocybin therapy in the next couple of years. I was the first person in Tennessee trained to provide MDMA therapy and am the co-founder of Tennessee’s first dedicated psychedelic therapy center. Nashville Psychedelic Center

  • Individual Counseling

I work mainly with adults for a wide variety of areas including depression, anxiety, past and recent trauma, life transitions, co-dependency, and relationship issues.

  • EMDR

As part of individual therapy I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy. We can partner to work on childhood and recent trauma. I was trained in 2012 and would be happy to help you move past your past and be able to more fully live in the present. I am also the founder of EMDR Therapy Nashville and you can see more EMDR info there.

  • Secular Therapy

If you are looking for a therapist where you can trust that they won’t bring personal religious beliefs to session then you’ve landed in the right place. I do not bring religion to session, although I am happy to talk about or help you process your experience with religion if desired.

  • LGBTQIA+ Affirming

My (virtual) office is affirming of all gender and sexuality expressions, as well as the kink and non-traditional relationship communities.

  • HRT Letters

I’ve been writing hormone replacement therapy letters for the past decade. I usually keep this to two sessions to try to make it efficient and help you get on the road to medically transitioning.

  • Depression

If you’re struggling with sadness, less motivation, lowered enjoyment (anhedonia), irritability, sleeping more or less, or other symptoms of depression, I can help.

  • Anxiety

Description goes Anxiety is a natural response to stress, but when it becomes persistent or overwhelming, it can interfere with daily life. Common symptoms include excessive worry, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, muscle tension, and physical sensations like a racing heart or shortness of breath.here

  • Somatic Therapy

Robert has training in somatic therapy through the Psychedelic Somatic Institute and upcoming training in Somatic Experiencing. If you’re wanting to reprocess trauma in a different way than traditional therapy this could be a good fit for you.

These resources are not meant to replace therapy, but rather supplement it. Some also provide an overview of some of the topics that can be pursued in session. Please see my Blog section (link on the left) for further information about therapy and/or psychology.
